Freeke Heijman
Founder

Freeke has broad experience in the international Quantum Ecosystem. She co-founded and scaled Quantum Delta NL, the foundation that runs the 615 M€ Dutch national Quantum Program, established the House of Quantum and kickstarted QuTech and the European Quantum Flagship. She serves as Vice President of the European Quantum Industry Consortium, as government affairs officer of Qblox and was selected as a member of the Quantum 100 by the UN International Year of Quantum. She was in public service for the Ministry of Economic Affairs in The Hague for 10 years and graduated from Delft University of Technology in 1999. Her passion is to drive innovation at the crossroads of academia, business and government.
